If you do not know which pallet suits your use, do not worry about it in advance. Tell us what you use the pallets for and how many you go through, and we will suggest a suitable type, size and quantity. One order can also include a mix of pallet types, for example if you need new export pallets and used pallets for internal use at the same time.

Pallet delivery to Helsinki and the capital region

We drive the pallets to you in our own truck directly from our warehouse. It is just over fifty kilometres of motorway to central Helsinki, so the goods arrive quickly. We do not depend on an outside haulier’s schedules, so the agreed delivery date holds. When it is urgent, the pallets often leave as soon as the next working day.

We serve the whole capital region. Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa are on our daily routes, and we easily find our way to the port areas, the terminals and the warehouses along the ring roads. The same applies to the rest of the Uusimaa region. If your site is in an awkward location, let us know when you order, and we will work out a sensible time and method.

We deliver large batches as full loads, which is the cheapest way per pallet. Smaller quantities are also possible when that suits you better. If you prefer, you can also collect the pallets yourself from our warehouse in Hyvinkää.

We always have thousands of pallets in stock, so the most common sizes ship immediately. Having a large warehouse of our own also means we can respond quickly to urgent and unexpected needs. Our used pallets come from active circulation and are inspected; they have not been standing in a corner for years. The same goes for pallet collars, which go out on the same load as the pallets.

How ordering works

1. Get in touch. Call us or fill in the quote request form. Tell us the pallet type, the quantity and the delivery address.
2. Receive a price and a delivery date. We usually confirm the price and delivery date straight away. The quote is free and non-binding.
3. Delivery or collection. We bring the pallets to you on the agreed day, or you collect them yourself from our warehouse in Hyvinkää.
4. For ongoing needs. If you use pallets regularly, we agree on recurring deliveries, so you do not have to order separately every time.

Pallet dimensions

The most common sizes at a glance. The EUR pallet is the European standard size and is suitable for export, while the FIN pallet is slightly wider and common in Finland. You will find more details on the product pages and in the article pallet sizes and dimensions.

When loaded correctly, EUR and FIN pallets carry about 1,800 kg. Half pallets and one-way pallets are meant for lighter use and smaller loads. You can always find the exact dimensions and load capacities on each pallet’s product page.

New or used

Which is better depends on the use. A new pallet is of uniform quality and clean, so it suits export, the food sector and situations where the customer sees the pallet. A used pallet is perfectly adequate for your own warehouse circulation and for transport, and it is clearly cheaper.

Many of our customers take both: new pallets where they are genuinely needed and used ones for everything else. That way you do not spend more on pallets than you need to. Export pallets for the port area

Goods leave for destinations all over the world through the ports of Helsinki, and wooden pallets going outside the EU must be heat-treated and carry the ISPM 15 stamp. The stamp shows that the pallet has been treated against pests. Without it, a shipment can be held up at customs, so it is worth checking this in advance.

With us, you get export-compliant pallets from the same place as your other pallets, so you do not have to source them separately. We also buy pallets

If surplus pallets or pallet collars have built up in your warehouse, it makes sense to turn them into money instead of letting them take up space. Tell us the type, condition and estimated quantity, and we will make you an offer. We come and collect them as agreed, so you do not have to transport anything yourself.
